Congratulations to the Rowan Rampage. They are the 2008 CCFL League Champions. This goes to show that on any given saturday any team can be a winner in this league. By far this was the best season of the CCFL. Hats of to Coach Rudy and the Rampage staff.

If you think your team can last in this league there first season then you have another thing coming to you. The CCFL is the most competitive league on the east coast as well as in the South. Its safe to say that we are now the " BEAST OF THE EAST" and the " HEART OF THE SOUTH ".

Congratulations to the Carolina Eagles on there 100th Win

CCFL Format - Twelve teams make up the CCFL. Each team will play a ten-game regular season schedule and will play every team once except for one team. The teams that will miss each other were determined by drawing names from a hat. There are no divisions this year and All-star determination will go on a even-odd format based on where the teams finish in the standings. The Season will start the last week of July.
